Returns and Exchanges

You have a period of 14 days to request the return of any item.
For a product to be considered eligible for return, it must be in the same condition in which it was purchased, without signs of use and with the original label attached.

1) Term:

14 calendar days since the date that you purchased your order.

IMPORTANT: do not send in a box, only in a tightly closed bag.

3) Requirements:

– Do not exceed 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

– Exchanges or returns of garments without tags are not allowed.

– We will not be responsible for any return that is not delivered to the office and to the companies chosen for the return and whose package is declared lost or stolen by the shipping company.

 You can choose another product or purchase a redeemable voucher within 180 days of the return request.

– Changes will be accepted within the established 14 calendar days. Exchanges/returns after these days are not accepted under any circumstances.

– This company reserves the right to deny an exchange for items in poor condition or used.

- The VOUCHER will only have 1 single use, you must be careful to use it in its entirety.

- Sale, Outlet, Black Friday, Bodysuits clothing items cannot be returned as indicated on the website because they are out of season. Only discount guest dresses can be returned and exchanged for something from the same section.

– Accessories such as (Earrings, bracelets, headbands and bags) do not have returns or exchanges due to hygiene.

- Orders once placed are not cancelled, they must arrive at your home so you can return them.

- The items that are in PRESALE The return begins counting from the day of arrival of your merchandise.

4) How will I receive the return voucher?

– You will receive the voucher within an estimated maximum period of 24/48 hours.

5) Items that cannot be returned:

– Garments in poor condition or used

– Jewelry and Bags.

– Garments that have exceeded the limit of 14 calendar days stipulated by the Eyrabrand company

– We will not issue a voucher for items that are not received or lost in transit.

6) Wrong or defective item:

  1. Please send email to devoluciones@eyrabrand.com with photos that prove the defect of the item, the invoice or purchase receipt, the full name of the person who made the purchase and the email through which the order was placed. NOTIFICATION OF DEFECTIVE GARMENT MUST BE MADE WITHIN A MAXIMUM PERIOD OF 24 HOURS FROM RECEIPT OF THE ORDER.
  2. Once we receive the email, we will contact you.
  3. Our team will review the merchandise and issue a coupon for the amount paid for said defective garment.
  4. If the garment is available, we will send you THE SAME ARTICLE in perfect condition.
